    So, that was a good inning by Gibson? At least one hard hit ball that, were it not for positioning, would have gone through for a hit? Along with a couple of pitches to Cain that looked like they were right down the middle of the plate? Seriously, Dick, Gibson survived the inning but that's about it.

    funny story about Rocky and Bullwinkle: If the script ran a bit long, the actors talked faster so the show would fit in the allotted time. (don't know if this is true, but, it's good anecdote.)

    I'd rather not be a super hero. I'd get worn out trying to save the world while fending off every evil genius who tried to kill me in the process of trying to blow up the world. Which makes me wonder: why do super villains always try to blow up the world? I mean, they live on the world, too. No world, no place for them to live, no secret evil lair, etc.
