  1. Also the Rockies swept, gaining on them now.
  2. Another "TBA" starter for the A's against Festa tomorrow.
  3. Bad News Bears are playing tonight. The A's are just hopeless. I hate to say it, but they always look depleted.
  4. Another guy swinging a hot bat. Larnach extends his hitting streak to eight games.
  5. Jax is so much more confident in throwing all of his pitches now.
  6. That a way Jax, way to strengthen my story i wrote about you lol. He has been dominant.
  7. He's also cutting down on strikeouts believe or not, for how poor his swing has been. Only 14 Ks in 77 at bats. We need Royce!!!!
  8. As good as his fastball has been this year, hitters are batting .132 against that nasty knuckle curve. Great addition to have. He's a DAWG.
  9. Ty France has now recorded a hit in 12 of his last 13 games.
  10. Besides Nick Kurtz the A's don't have much to look forward to. 😥
  11. Plus you add Martin, McCusker, Rodriguez, Kiersey Jr, and sometimes Clemens, it starts to be a logjam.
  12. Three more hits for Payton Eeles tonight in St Paul, and Micky Gasper continues to rake. I know how much you guys love Eeles.
  13. When all healthy, Bader, Buxton, Larnach, Wallner, and Castro. Who do you leave out of the lineup. Do we want Wallner to sit everytime there's a lefty on the mound? Good dilemma to have I guess.
  14. Very much improved, kudos to Borrego for working endlessly with these guys.
  15. RHP Justin Sterner will in fact be the Athletics starter for tonight. So bulpen games for the A's and then Springs will follow him. This team is doing anything they can to get a W. They have lost 19 out of 20. Good god.
  16. It's possible against a terrible Athletics team? I've never seen a team in such shambles pitching-wise, so much that they have been undecided three out of four games for starting pitchers.
  17. No word on Pablo's MRI yet, but it's the same type of injury that held him out earlier in the season. Hope for the best, I guess.
  18. Yep, starting for the Athletics is LHP Jeffrey Springs.
  19. Yes, like scary bad. With the Rockies winning again tonight, they gain another game on the White Sox for the battle for the 1st pick, only eight games back now.
  20. Wow, Little League at bats for the A's in the 9th. Nasty slider and then fastball at the head of a swinging A's batter from Alcala.
  21. To be totally honest, Alcala has the stuff to be a good reliever. He has a live fastball, and good break on his offspeed stuff, but he can never locate, and throws behind in the count too much.
  22. Just like that, Alcala's ERA is under seven now.
  23. Here's the title of one of their recent articles on Athletics Nation lol. debAcle Part II: It’s Not All The Fault Of The Manager/Coaches, Not Even Close
