    The Twins designated SWR for assignment this morning, calling RP John Klein up in a corresponding move. Woods Richardson was designated for assignment after he posted a 0-7 record and 7.74 ERA in 47⅔ innings this season. If he clears waivers it's likely he would be sent to the Saints.
