Have to hope that the fun clubhouse continues even if the record slides south of .500.

    I'm really enjoying this team. Even if they go into the tank and fall off their current pace, I'll still enjoy watching this team. The younger guys on the team are fun to watch. ...YES, YES! YES!!!

    Is the idea to BUILD a team or to have one already constructed? If you are building, it seems to me you let Hicks continue to play out there until it becomes apparent that he isn't making any progress on the learning curve. Same thing with Arcia once he is back from his rehab (okay it was a minor league assignment but he was still having wrist problems at the beginning of the 10 days). Keep Parmelee up and let's see what an Arcia-Hicks-Parmelee outfield can do. Use Kubel and Willingham at DH with a few outfield stints just to keep them ready (and also because we can't seem to keep an entire outfield healthy). That leaves the whole issue of Sam Fuld and I'm not really sure what to do there. How the Twins can have a shortage and abundance of outfielders is a little befuddling.

    Why listen to what listen to what Dick & Bert say? Really, about the only reason I can see is to hear what message management wants to promote at the time. How often do they really offer new insight? How often do you learn anything from them? Either I mute the sound or just hit the mental ignore button.

    He is on the 40 man. But he is still young for AA and only has 40 games there. I just don't see them bringing him up for a brief cup of coffee in May.

    On the other hand, a Duensing tweet makes it sound like Fuld is well enough to participate in Roy Smalley's Capital Grille event helping the waiters. Maybe he is close to a return.

    I'd love to see Vargas, too but they'd have to find a way to put him on the 40-man (and it just doesn't look like they would cut Guerrier to do that). Plus, do you really jump him from AA just for a few days in May? He's only had 40 games at AA. Seems a bit impatient to think that they would bring him to the ML club at this point.

    I'm confused. Did you want them to keep 13 pitchers? (I'm not a big fan of Guerrier being on the roster but he can't be sent down. So it is either keep him, trade him or part ways with him -- and I suspect that they are hoping that he might bring something back in a trade in a month or two.) What bench player would you have them bring up instead of Herrmann? It can't be Arcia. Doesn't sound like Willingham is ready. Fuld apparently hasn't had a long enough period symptom-free from the concussion. All I see here are complaints -- no suggestions of what they should have done except perhaps for keeping Tonkin instead of Guerrier. And obviously that decision is related to options at this point.
