Once again, cherry picking. Look at the whole picture and tell me if this guy doesn't have some serious issues on guiding a team. Yes, not all his fault, but he contributes way too much, to some of this teams issues.
Twins baseball is like learning how to drive a stick shift. a lot of herky, jerky motion, with occasional stalling out and just a few stretches of smooth driving.
Just look at him. He rarely walks the dug out encouraging players. He watches plays that should emote some emotion, yet he looks like a statue. The only thing he seems to have mastered is 1)Mis-management of a pitching staff, 2) chewing and spitting seeds, and making sure he puts the cap back on his pen.
