Blackenhorn is actually hitting .258 on the year. Still not ideal, but a tad better then .230.

After hearing each guest broadcasters multiple times now I'm going to have to say LaTroy Hawkins is my favorite. Wouldn't mind him getting the full time gig if Bert or Dick ever leaves.

Berrios was particularly impressive considering one hit barely bounced over Escobar's head when he was playing in, then the next was a infield bunt single when the guy was trying to move the runner. Also, if it wasn't for Castro dropping a pretty decent hop from a throw from Grossman at home he could very easily if gave up no runs last night. Very impressive outing, which made listening to Hawk call the game on Comcast particularly delightful.

Man I wish the Twins would just have these be their "Home" jerseys. Always liked them in pinstripes, even their away jerseys.

That's the second time I've seen Castro missed a one hopper to him at the plate that should've resulted in a out.

https://mobile.twitter.com/DWolfsonKSTP/status/875850733228363776 Now he's saying it sounds more likely he will be heading to Cedar Rapids after Elizabethton.

Ideally I would like to see him Fort Myers but the selfish me would like to see him in Cedar Rapids so I can go see him play. I miss the days when Quad Cities was a Twins affiliate so I could see Morneau, Cuddyer, Mauer, and Span all play and not have to drive out of town to see them.

Haven't seen this posted anywhere, but JT Chargois has a stress reaction on his pitching elbow and will be out several months according to Darren Wolfson. https://mobile.twitter.com/DWolfsonKSTP/status/875464478988677120

Where do you guys think Rooker will start? I would think more then likely it would be Elizabethton but I could see a aggressive move to Cedar Rapids since he's a little bit older. Maybe I'm just saying that so I can watch him when the Kernels come to town to play the River Bandits.

If we take a high school player 1-1 I really hope it's Gore. I just have a feeling from reading everything on him and the videos that I've seen that he will be the best player from the 1st round in 3-5 years.

I think after watching both McKay and Wright yesterday, I'd personally would go with Gore. Already sitting in the mid 90's late into games with good control and a chance to pick up a few ticks as he matures. I know Greene has the triple digit fastball but from everything I've read Gore's secondary offerings are more advanced at the moment. May not have as high as a ceiling as Greene, but I don't think it's to far behind him.

Wright just gave up a 3 run HR and is now down 4-0 in the 3rd inning.

Unfortunately it seems like now a days almost every pitcher has some type of elbow tear that either leads to TJ or rest like Tanaka did. Kids play baseball year round now a days in the warmer parts of the country play ball year round. The only silver lining is that it seems like every year a higher amount of guys manage to come back and have the same stuff as they did before the surgery after time. This just sucks especially after the missed year last night year from the bone bruise. Wish him the absolute best.

Just saw in Rotoworld that Nick Burdi will undergo Tommy John Surgery and is out for the rest of the year. Talk about a tough break. This came of nowhere since I had heard nothing about him being hurt. Talk about the worst first post ever. Sorry didn't see it was under there he Major League forums. This can definitely be deleted. http://www.rotoworld.com/player/mlb/7853/nick-burdi
