Nope that's Rocky V and the random dude was former heavy-weight champ Tommy Morrison who just died from complications from AIDS. I'd get tested if I was Rocky.

Yes, you didn't miss much except for a huge swelling of national pride in the form of Hollywood/US government propaganda. Basically Rocky ended the Cold War all by himself. He punched Russia into submission.

There is no such thing as a game thread regulator and this is not a clique thing. ChiTown was selected based on her overall body of work, including posts in other threads.

I would add that people who are on TD a LOT tend to participate in game threads a lot, and a key factor in selecting moderators is that we look for people who spend a lot of time on TD in general, not just game threads.

I seem to accidentally struck a nerve here. I am aware that CTTF posts on other threads as well, and continues to add to the quality of this fine site that enjoy immensely.
