For me, your top two pitchers shouldn't have that problem as often as Taj does. Not that it happens every time but more than it should.

His bat speed is 72.0 MPH, average MLB bat speed is 71.7. Right now he is consistently late and under the ball, he also swings about half as much as the average major league player. As his pitch recognition improves so should his results
