Cory Engelhardt Verified Member Posted yesterday at 08:01 PM Posted yesterday at 08:01 PM I've noticed the game threads don't have a large header on the home screen anymore. I assume that is either 1) The site thought it wasn't necessary or 2) The team is playing poorly. Just came here to say that even if the team is bad, I didn't hate having the header on the home screen to be able to direct right to the thread for the game that day. SE23 1

When you call up Gray a second time like Zoll did in July and keeps carrying Jackson after DFA'ing him once shows he has no clue on how to build a winning organization. Also why you hold on to players at the deadline, especially like Larnach, but also like Jeffers and even Ryan to an extent (but especially Larnach) when you have younger players ready. Larnach I agree on, I think Jeffers was a different situation. I know a lot of people would have like to get prospects for him, but to the casual fan when we were still in it, that would have been tougher to sell why they traded one of their best hitters. I would have been fine either way, but I don't think he was as straight forward to move on from as others think. Cory Engelhardt 1

With Jeffers specifically, I would have preferred either an extension done or a trade. Yes he has a great bat, and yes at the time they were very much in the playoff race. But the GM of the team I cheer for should plan ahead better in scenarios like that. That's what I mean. HarmonK03 1
