Huh. We're getting hail and diagonal rain. Radar says downtown is in the path. Still no tarp.

No rain here just across the river... yet.

The atmosphere is unsettled. That much is certain. But unless it rains from now until 2 o'clock tomorrow non-stop, it shouldn't really matter if the tarp is out or not.
