The Twins haven't made improvements to their rotation, but have one of the best bullpens in the league on paper. Did they stack the bullpen to cover up their rotational issues?

The bullpen has been addressed this off season and on paper appears very solid with depth ... 

The reason they addressed the bullpen in my opinion is because  of the payroll reduction , they weren't going to afford starters so they only had the money to make the bullpen a strength 

The rotation is not as strong as last year so far , could change  ...

We have starting pitchers right now to win the weak central division  , but I'm not comfortable in the playoffs chances  ...

Trading for a quality starting pitcher now withvless stress is a lot cheaper  on prospects  ,  the FO office has done well in off-season trades , gallo was not a trade , he was a free agent and I'm still not sure why they signed him  , i really think they were planning on trading Kepler , but it didn't happen ...

the FO office at the deadline with haste9 has not been  as fortunate  in acquiring  good pitchers , they have lost some prospects  by over spending  on pitching that couldn't or didnt help us for the playoff push , every trade at the deadline , I would grade a D or most of them definitely a F ...
