For the second year in a row, plantar fasciitis hampered Carlos Correa. Only this time, he enjoyed a prolonged period of relative health to start the year and returned to form as one of the best players in baseball. Correa's injury was one of, if not the most disheartening development for the Minnesota Twins in 2024, especially considering how well he performed.

One of the best players in baseball.  What does that mean? Is that top 10, top 25, top 50? You stated at one point that he was 6th in Woba for major league SS. To me that means there were 5 SS better than him. That's just 1 position.  He had a real good 1/2 season. But then in my estimation, he blew it. Team leader didn't run out a game ending grounder. After telling teammates to basically suck it up and play hard. No excuses. What was his excuse?
