  1. He is hitting lefties better, but he's also hitting .087 in his last seven games and .137 in June.
  2. Speaking of that neck of the woods, I was at Fenway Park for this exact Berrios v. Sale matchup right around this time last year.
  3. Just not pitching too great. Couple early homers, getting hit hard, and it was a two-run game when he was pulled.
  4. Definitely hadn't noticed that, but then again, I haven't spent a whole lot of time looking at the league leaderboards this year. When's the last time we had a guy in the race for the batting title? Probably Mauer, right? I remember when he was always in the running and it was a big enough deal for the TV broadcast to track it. EDIT: Mauer finished 7th last year at .305. That was the only top-10 finish for any Twin since, you guessed it, Mauer again in 2nd place in 2013, hitting .324 in 508 PAs.
  5. Eddie Rosario, again! 22-for-58 this month. That's a .379 batting average with 7 homers. Have a June!
  6. LoMo! Twins really cashing in today offensively...and capitalizing on Cleveland's poor defense all series.
  7. Two at-bats, two solid pieces of contact. Good to see. He's really squaring them up.
  8. That was an MLB: The Show kind of line drive off the pitcher...except in the game, they're usually okay somehow. Hope Carrasco's not too hurt.
  9. That's four homers allowed by Romero in his last 13 innings, versus just one homer allowed in his first 28.2.
  10. Well, we haven't seen him in right yet today, but that was a heck of an at-bat for Grossman.
  11. Another double for Double-E! This is the kind of start we needed!
  12. Amusing that Lindor will make his first start of the year at DH after the two errors last night.
  13. Heck of an opportunity, beating Kluber to open the series. Maybe we can do some damage this weekend after all? My only question is where Magill was. Up by five with six outs to get? When else is he going to get work?
  14. Dozier! Of all the pitchers to tee off on...
