    Someone mentioned the end of the Zimmer and Spielman era with the Vikings. I doubt we’ll ever hear anything more substantial than some of the stuff we’ve already heard. Paddack speaking out was telling, usually the comments are more muted when a player leaves a team

    The contact play is at least done by other teams. I can respect it even if I think it’s a poor strategy, especially now with improved fielding and shifting. the bulk pitcher thing has yet to move the needle for me

    They don’t, but I’m pretty sure they only play like 6 or 7 different opponents at home for the entire season. Every team does NOT play every other team. Good luck selling fan interest when you see Syracuse and buffalo 30 times a season
