I know the Twins just traded for Jonah Bride, but they might need to look at Ryan Fitzgerald as an option if Lewis continues to struggle or gets injured. He is raking at Triple-A right now.

Whoever was asking who's pitching game 2, it's RHP Chayce McDermott. Just added to the roster, he will make his 2nd major league appearance of his career. Can this go well for the Twins?

The Twins definitely have a log jam in the outfield with Buck, Larnach, Bader, Wallner, Castro, Gasper, Rodriguez, Keirsey, and Martin. It would make sense.

Even with his slump, Buxton is still 2nd in the A.L. in runs.

Larnach is on a nice little five-game hitting streak. 9-21 in that span.

Rocco must be careful with how he uses the bullpen with 2 games. Columbe is good to go, maybe he wants to save Sands/Jax and only use 1 of them in game 1? Duran has to get a quick 9th if it comes down to it. Stewart, not sure if he will pitch again today.

Mike Ford, Gasper, and Cespedes at Triple-A might initially be options. Or make Willi play first, he can play anywhere else. Gasper has some exp at first.
