    Though I'm not counting on it, it sure would be good to have Buxton playing today.

    I agree Lee should be the backup at short if and when he starts hitting better. I have lost a lot of confidence in Julian this year, but hopefully its just a sophmore slump. Though I haven't watched him play for the Saints this year, the box scores sure contain way to many strike outs for his current lack of power.

    Yes, long-term it would be great if the infield had, Correa, Lewis, Lee, and Miranda. Like you inferred, player health might determine where they actually play.

    I haven't looking at the defensive metrics, but to my eyes, Miranda is a better 3rd baseman then Lewis so far this year. Miranda's arm seems more accurate and he looks better at charging the ball, and better at off balance throws.

    Both Chief and I have given Rocco credit several times within the last week when he made good decisions. Not speaking for the Chief (he obviously has that covered in spades) but we seem to search for Rocco positives, but its slim pickings.

    I didn't look this up, but doesn't it seem like there is a big inbalance with the Twins between walks taken versus walks allowed. Today 0 walks for Twins. KC has walked 4 times. Twins are swinging at alot of bad pitches.

    True, I think they made the trade just to make a trade. They were the only team without a deadline transaction at that point and didn't want to look like they didn't try. Desperation at its finest!

    Rocco is an interesting manager if the definition of interesting is bizarre.

    I don't know what the reasoning was, but the focus needs to be totally on Twins win 68.
