  1. Bader and Jeffers is a little bit of pop on the bench. Just saying.
  2. IKF has done well against Joe historically
  3. Seems like Joe has a lucky charm in his pocket
  4. Whoa Cubs. You could have sucked like that yesterday.
  5. Roll it down the street a la Seattle.
  6. A rain interrupted game could also affect it.
  7. Didn't they skip last Friday though.. I swear it..
  8. Ughhh the dreaded City Connects are back. We did great last week without em.
  9. He's likely on some kind of unwritten inning or pitch limit with the ASG coming up. Six or 90. Skenes might be too.. I'm not too familiar with how the Bucs handle their staff.
  10. They absolutely need to consider a window of competitiveness, as they aren't made of money.
  11. I have been refreshing and refreshing (on a hot day!) wondering what the delay meant. Still not posted to MLB. Thanks 👍
  12. We have had better luck against relievers than good starters, it seems to me.
  13. FWIW Atlanta has claimed 'New Friend' Joey Wentz off waivers. My how far..
  14. You'll support a move like this if you recognize that our window is a couple years away. You'll look for an alternative move that might yield a little less (Jax? Varland and Coulombe?) if you're trying to improve to compete now. You'll say no thanks if you think we are good enough to win in 2025-6. Detroit's window is now but without $kubal and an aging Baez it could be short . . Cleveland won't spend and the Sox are three to five years away. I love the guy but we already have a couple usable closers if we don't need to win in 2025. Get bats. Or talk to LA and get position strength.
  15. Trying to recall names against whom we've done well. Chris Sale ate us up. We waited out Bubic and Peralta. Did pretty well against all the good SF arms. Skubal.. well . Take solace in that Pittsburgh is one of the more offensively challenged teams we have faced in a long time... They'll probably put up an eight spot this weekend lol.
  16. Listless games happen with regularity. Buxton being out and a shaky start didn't help. Take two out of three from Pittsburgh and let's catch our breaths
