    You can tell the difference in how he times mound visits, Just want to also share what Ober said after the game, he mentioned that Mickey Gasper catches all the bullpen sessions for the starting pitchers, 'building rapport'. Was an interesting comment.

    Check out today's game, the guy starts on second for Cleveland, bunt out to move him ahead, intentional walk to set up DP, then a strikeout, then on an 0-2 pitch a 96 middle middle fastball to Manzardo. Yeah him. Game over one ball hit hard.

    Yes it seems incredible that we traded in the cars right before the axles broke, the transmission went, and the wipers needed replacement. Let me look in the back seat and see if there are any Jax back there.. 🥴

    Technically today's loss in extras doesn't affect the ERA .. since it isn't counted as an earned run. Another Manfred oddity.

    I'm kind of surprised at Julien as DH. I guess if you put Gasper as DH and something happened to Jeffers you'd be kinda screwed.

    Watching Griffin Jax writhe on the mound in the 10th with a 0-2 count and Cleveland still has the devil magic over him. I need to stop caring... L- Jax (1-7) 4.91 ERA

    Duran Varland and France all floundering last night. Paddack good except against us. Beefsteak out for the year. Castro hardly plays on a sinking team. Coulombe still doing Coulombe things.. We have new broken toys to replace the old ones.

    Last night was 2 1/2 hours of the pure emotional rollercoaster that a fun game brings.. exasperating first inning with a glimmer, concerned middle innings with little pitching or hitting, and a flash at the end, compete with a great play by Gasper and the subsequent heroics as the first batter up in the next inning.. Micro enjoyment.. it's still valid.
