Not in this world. In a previous world, yes. Wasn't that long ago.

I have no doubt the analytics support the decisions. Which is why the decisions are made. Can't be criticized. In spite of those decisions, not because of them, they won.

Ha! Group think is an amazing phenomenon.

You pull your dominating starter, the bullpen gives up the lead, and you win because the Sox can't make a throw to first, and you think doubting that is a stretch? Hmm. . .

So they win in spite of analytics. I guess anything can be overcome if your opponent can't make fundamental plays.

I have a crazy idea. When you have a pitcher dominating, let him keep pitching. Just a crazy thought .

He plays. More than can be said for some guys, initials BB.

Yeah, I "wanna be" a fan. But I think he is quite happy to sit on the bench and collect his checks. But back to my question. Gallo? Or is Taylor more likely. Honestly I don't know much about taylor.

He had some stats. I think we can all agree that if there were an HOF for Hollow Statistics, it would be named after Joe Mauer. Or maybe kirk cousins. If you were ever in a close game in late innings and needed a weak grounder to second, you could count on joe!

*missed the details. Ha! Gallo is who I was trying to remember.

Buxton is a good player, I'd like to have him in there. But we all know that is not going to happen. Even the goal is just for him to play a bare majority of the games, and he did not even do that last year. He's injury probe, or something. So Taylor? I saw something sbout that but kissed the deatails.

Now that JaCelestine?? Cave is gone, who is going to play center field? Cellestino? Nick Gordon? The new guy they picked up recently?
  14. bigtrain
    Didn't say he wont

It's hard to fathom that there are people out there who seriously believe that Joe Mauer belongs in the mlb Hall of Fame. Wow.
