  1. Can complain about the Twins...but the other AL Central teams have records that are not great either
  2. https://www.mlb.com/news/jeremy-zoll-says-twins-will-buy-at-trade-deadline
  3. Zoll probably jinxed things by making that statement today
  4. Cleveland lost the 2nd game...WS behind..important game for Twins
  5. Can't wait to watch Dobnak pitch on Wednesday...brings back memories of the Yankees' playoff series...uggh
  6. There is no decent trade value, and it sounds as if he only wants to go to Atlanta only. Doubt they want him. .Who will be the up and coming ...Centerfielder...for the Twins?
  7. It is a shame....but the injuries have prevented him from being a great player in my opinion. It has also very much limited the team due to an expectation of counting on his presence. The AI stats came from MLB
  8. Correa during his short stint had the oweeeess
  9. 10 Ks...good performance as he put forth last time...which also had no run support if my memory serves me correctly...
  10. Doesn't distinguish between DH and CF..I guess DH still means that he was in the game
  11. So, I did an AI on it and was given the following: As of late July 2026, Byron Buxton has missed roughly 41–43% of his team's regular-season games during his MLB career, with the overwhelming majority of those absences caused by injuries or injury management. Here's the breakdown: Possible regular-season games (2015–late July 2026): approximately 1,890 Games played: approximately 1,100 Games not played: approximately 790 Percentage of games missed: about 42% That means Buxton has played in about 58% of the Twins' games during his career and missed about 42%. Context Buxton is widely regarded as one of baseball's most talented players when healthy: 3-time All-Star Gold Glove and Platinum Glove winner Elite defender and one of the fastest players in MLB Career OPS over .800 despite the missed time. Unfortunately, he has dealt with a long list of injuries over the years, including: Hip injuries Shoulder surgery Knee problems Hamstring strains Hand and wrist fractures Toe fracture Concussions Migraines Various strains and contusions
  12. Sox losing in the 3rd...Guardians also losing in their second game of doubleheader..
  13. I have watched him since his arrival. You are correct, and my commeny was not an insult. I personally feel Buxton has been a good player but his health and constant injuries have prevented him from being a great one. I am curious as to the percentage of days in his career that he has either been injured or has been put on hold to rest. I in no way think that it is his fault or he is faking it. It is not sacreligous to post something questionable or even a feeling of being upset about this player in my view.He is not untouchable. Let's hope this streaky hitting comes to an end soon.
  14. It is about time that Buxton breaks out of his slump....his Ks are multiplying. In June. I was looking forward to him ending the season with 50 HRs.. after reaching 25... now i wonder if he will make 30
  15. Can wait to see him on the mound. I miss him in St. Paul...not Mpls
