    , but they can be taught how to play a position properly, avoid reckless outs on the basepaths and hit relatively consistently.-- ------Plouffe had a good response to development , they need to ALL be on the same page at every level and have coaches that all get on the same page , we have zero idea from Class a all the way up , it seems like no one has any control , look at all the high draft picks that we try to turn into what they have never done at hardly any levels , Sano was the funniest !!!! right field --- 99% of these guys have played certain spots all there life , its gotta start at the lowest rookie ball , and have a development program of alot of people , im sick of all the experimenting at the major league level!!
