UPDATE: Twins Daily Viewing Party at 612Brew

Clear your schedule Saturday afternoon because the Minnesota Twins are on the tee-vee and Twins Daily is throwing a Viewing Party. [PRBREAK][/PRBREAK]Snow may still be piling on but we can get away from it all, if only for a few hours this weekend.

Starting at 11:45 on Saturday, March 23^rd, come down to the newly opened 612Brew in Northeast Minneapolis and join the Twins Daily community for some baseball, brew and giveaways.

While the Twins take on the Tampa Bay Rays live on Fox Sports North, we will be offering various prizes including tickets to the Twins game and DiamondCentric tee shirts.

Located at the corner of Broadway and Central Avenues, 612Brew’s taproom features some unique and flavorful craft beer including the Six (an American Pale Ale), the Bitter Cold Winter IPA (a single-hop IPA) and the Rated R (a West Coast IPA meets Midwest Rye). Food will be provided on-site by the Motley Crew Heavy Metal food truck, with such mouthwatering items as the Bacon Brat Burger (topped with a mound of sauerkraut and melted cheese) and the Funky Philly cheesesteak sammich.

Update: In addition, we'll have three pairs of tickets to give away for a Twins Season Kickoff Party on Wednesday, April 10th. The party will benefit Tix for Tots and feature Paul Molitor, Mark Rosen, Twins EVP Laura Day and some blogger named Bonnes. Plus appetizers and a free wine-tasting, all at the Metropolitan Club in Target Field.
