I'm always impressed with the guys who set numbers--whether that be season totals, NFL games, NCAA BKB over/unders, or what have you. It's pretty rare for them to be way off.

 

I wonder how much the market affects these numbers. I think that Vegas adjusts the numbers if too many people are betting either the over or the under.

Yeah, undoubtedly. But they never seem to have to move the numbers much. If an NFL game moves a point that's a huge move.
