Just read "twins wood to have season ending surgery." We are still paying that guy....

 

I don't think you can call it "season-ending surgery" unless the season started at some point.

Didn't he start on the DL then comeback for a few weeks than go on the DL again? Isn't he on the 40 man also?

He's currently on the 60-day DL, so he's not counted on the 40-man roster. But he did pitch 11 innings for the Twins this year, so his season did actually start. I forgot that- good call.

So the family and I are going to Friday night's game in Chicago and I just found out that Liam Hendricks will be pitching. I was a little disappointed to hear that until I started thinking about who I would prefer. Go Liam!
