Well, if you walk into traffic and don't stick to the sidewalk, I can see why Rick O'shea is scared of it ... dude's gotta learn to stick to the sidewalk!

Yes, both present problems when dealing with traffic.

 

On the other hand, Traffic follows directly from Playtime with My Uncle. (if you don't follow, you need a vacation. I recommend you get in touch with Mr. Hulot rather than Mr. Bean.)

That is what the Twins need in a catcher and Garver and Jeffers do not have that.
