The Miami Marlins and Minnesota Twins connected on a blockbuster trade last winter that sent frontline starter Pablo López to the front of the Twins' rotation. Which Marlins starter should the Twins go after next via trade?

I like either idea. Luzardo is a legit #2, with three years team control. If MN thinks they can fix Cabrera's BB rate and targets him, I'd love for them to ask for Meyer to be included, and pay accordingly. Minnesota Max would buffer a Cabrera bust, and he actually seems to be a lot like Sonny Gray with the methodical bulldog attitude and the 6' stature. I'm guessing we could get that pair for roughly what Luzardo would cost.

Love both pitchers, Luzardo would fit in great next to Lopez. IMO MIA has given up on Cabrera, he'd be a good pickup if MN feels they could fix him. What I heard was MIA is changing ship, and that they want to stock the farm.  That means they want more prospects & players with more yrs. available
