Kenta Maeda earned his first win since 2021 in today's 4-1 Minnesota Twins victory over the Tigers. Maeda delivered five shutout innings and struck out eight batters. Royce Lewis and Max Kepler both homered in what was otherwise a quiet game for the lineup. Three members of the Twins were ejected by home plate umpire Lance Barrett: Rocco Baldelli, Michael A. Taylor and assistant hitting coach Derek Shomon. Minor league highlights tonight feature Anthony Prato, Brooks Lee, Tanner Schobel and Emmanuel Rodriguez.
