    I really don’t think losing a playoff spot is totally out of the question. The Twins have one reliable starter and we lost with him today, this homestand will be the key, we keep losing and it’s a very real possibility. As far as alienating fans, we’ll have to wait for fans to be allowed to go to games to see if that rings true, although I believe that is also a very real possibility.

    What are the Twins missing most? Maybe focus? Polanco getting in the way of a base runner on a hit to the outfield. He’s daydreaming or what? Shouldn’t he at least be on the outfield grass, maybe in a position for a cutoff? Lots of other errors and miscues lately. Time to wake up. I love Rosario but maybe Twins players would do well to follow the lead of Nelson Cruz and not so much Eddie Rosario

    The only reason the Twins have a winning record is because of their inter league record. They only have 8 inter league games left and 18 divisional games. Their are no easy division games for the Twins. This Detroit series is already lost. The Twins are in danger of falling out of the last available playoff spot. Detroit looks hungry, the Twins look full and resemble couch potatoes

    I’m glad I’m not a moderator here, a thankless task to be sure. Besides I’d have to keep most of my jokes to myself. And let’s face it, some of this stuff can be downright hilarious.

    Is there anyone who is not aware? A poster pointed this out to me a little bit ago. Maybe they just did it for themselves, and that’s okay too.

    I don’t really care either way about 1 game. Seriously this season is so screwed up anyway. it’s not really a thing. My wife, however is pissed. She’s a big hockey fan and she swears she won’t watch another game. And Vegas is the #1 seed in the West. I respect her opinion, pro sports is over playing their hand. These people are all elitists in my opinion, most people don’t need them to tell them what they should care about. I know I dont.

    This is where I disagree, because I don’t have to ask myself anything. I don’t have to join a movement or sacrifice anything here. I don’t need to be told how to treat people, that’s easy, should be easy for everyone. It’s shameful that it’s not.

    Ive never hated a player for what he made. Mauer took a lot of heat for his salary. My response was always, the Yankees would have paid him more. Whatever your job, your pay is the agreement between you and your employer. No one else’s business imo

    The discussion itself is what’s important. Listening is important. It’s not so much important to sway people’s views, if we just listen, even a little to each other progress is made.
