Royals had back to back World Series trips and a ring. You’re going to tell me you wouldn’t take their last ten years vs ours? I don’t believe that

    Not when you’ve won a title. We went 20 years between playoff wins. Royals had 2 years at .500 after their title. Then 6 stinkers. Now back in the mix. I’d take it in a second.

    Playoff team by the looks of it. I think a lot of “smaller” market teams would be total fine with a trajectory like that. World Series - rebuild - playoffs in 10 years. You could do worse. Especially after a title.
