    I have said this before, if we do not get get a lot for Santana, it makes zero since to trade him. He is our only MLB pitcher right now.

    There are rumors that SF is also interested in Santana. I think Bickford is not a possible get. However, a package of P-Tyler Beede and C-Aramis Garcia would be nice gets too.

    I would be ok with Hutchinson if we get Reid-Foley too. Reid-Foley is a couple years away yet and Hutchison is a guy who can help now.

    What is frustrating is the Twins are really not that young. Yes, we have Sano, Buxton, Rosario, and May. However we also have Mauer, Plouffe, Dozier, Escobar, Suzuki, Santana, Gibson, Nolasco, Hughes, Perkins, Fien, Jepsen, and others. Part of me wonders if we would just be better off being bad this year and trading Plouffe, Dozier, etc and getting some more young guys.

    Gibson is driving me nuts too. He just seems to be better than what he has performed. He is way to consistent. He just cannot be relied on.

    I am still concerned about Buxton... I always said last season that Buxton should have never been called up. That was a huge mistake. I still think he belongs in the minors. He, along with Sano and Berrios are the future of the Twins.

    It still is nice to have a power hitter like Sano up there that can tie a game with one swing. Sadly there will also be a lot of swing and misses.
