  1. ...and where my car was parked.
  2. I've had 2 diagnosed concussions, and the doctor didn't do ****e. He just made sure I didn't get back on the field until I could remember my name.
  3. Oh yeah, no problem. My coaches always said that it was just getting your bell rung. What?
  4. My dogs beard often takes on a perfect Confederate General look. I love it, but my wife keeps cutting it off in the summer when its always soaking wet.
  5. You don't have to stay awake after a concussion. It used to be the normal practice, but not anymore.
  6. Here's where we light it up
  7. ...and it's not because of my massive F*ld.
  8. I can't possibly offer up what popped into my head. There is a reason I'm not divorced. Fuld is awesome.
  9. I love these threads. There is usually some fascinatingly inane material.
  10. I lucked out. I left the U of M, three years into a degree, to go school in RI. I asked my girlfriend to marry me, and support my ass for 4 years. I also asked if she minded much if we put the ring and honeymoon money in the bank for a house. She was all in. When I got out of school, she went to gas passing school, and we managed to make it 28 years without divorcing, killing, or cheating on each other.
  11. Thankfully not. It was dark when we rolled in and dark when we rolled out.
  12. Ha Brian! Loved the intro. I spent my first married night in Upper Sandusky...on my way to school in Providence.
  13. The salad bar is really nice. It's too bad they haven't discovered the chilled plate concept. The coolest plate I could find was about 100 degrees.
  14. I hear ya. It was a party of 6, but it was the first time I've been with all my kids since the holidays.
  15. It was great. It didn't start out that way, but they got it together.
  16. We went to Fogo de chao last night. I was in a coma by the time they dropped the dessert menu.
  17. The Wild game is getting good.
  18. I know they like my bottomless beer inventory.
  19. I've lived here for most of my life too, and I see it everywhere. Even my neighbors, we all get together for a cook-out or a party, and everyone are such close friends. You see them one on one and they are slagging someone over some minor issue. Quit being such a coward, and just tell me your issues with me. I'll more often than not comply.
  20. I did it as passively as I could. Then talked **** about them for a week.
  21. I replied by smiling broadly when I fired them.
  22. I struggled with it when I moved back here. The people I worked with had a problem being held responsible for their positions. They apparently thought I was too rough with them.
  23. I also remember playing in a pick-up hockey game, a few years ago, with my fly down. I didn't realize it until stuff started freezing.
  24. It's the passive aggression I hate the most. The crappy pothole littered streets, are a minor annoyance I wont miss either.
  25. I had my shot. I think Food network is a joke. Most of those guys couldn't cook their way out of a paper bag. I love the restaurant business too much.
