That is key. Making the healthy stuff taste awesome. Every ingredient I use has a one word ingredient list.

Walking my dog is like walking with another person. She has never been on a leash, and wont go into a street for any reason, unless I go first. I had the luxury to train and socialize her when I was recovering from a knee replacement, so I had the time to do it right. It's almost like she is the neighborhood's dog, not just ours.

Grilled salmon with fresh cherry and ground mustard glaze. It'll be tart/sweet, with those awesome little slippery mustard seeds. I have no idea what else is going to happen, but I'm feeling inspired.

I've been drilling into them the need to achieve goals before getting all domestic. I had a family when I started my career. It made it a million times harder.
