    For his MLB career (2022-2025) Sim averaging 4-2/3rds inning per start. I like him but that’s got to improve.

    Yeah he’s painful to watch right now. Mechanics? Mental? I dunno but I hope they work through it in lower leverage situations.

    Yeah I don’t think you demote him. Likely they’ll drop him down into low leverage situations and let him work through it as frustrating as it is. It wasn’t that long ago he was a pretty valuable asset.

    True but where I am coming from is that our top 4 batters in the lineup were 1 for 14 and the team had a total of one base runner after the 4th inning. I felt like the Braves were just sitting there waiting to be knocked out and we just don’t have the lineup to do it most nights. At least up to this point of the season.

    Back to reality. Previous two games were fun. This game reminds us that this is deeply flawed roster.

    Risking getting scolded for paying attention to a stat like RBI’s, but Alonso has 20 already. Bader leads the Twins with 10.

    True story. My wife, daughter and granddaughters had tickets for the game and stuck it out for 7 innings. I had a work commitment. Man am I in trouble.
