None of the rebuilding/non-contending teams are going to want Kepler. He’s nearing 30 and has a broken toe. Lots of delusional trade ideas here. Also Smeltzer is not in the running for a rotation spot down the stretch. Rocco has seen enough and quite frankly so have I.

This looks like a fair trade for Maddux or Clemens in their primes. No go for Gallen.
