In 82 the Twins made a flurry of trades meant to clear space for the young kids. They sent Wynegar and Erickson and Smalley (though I think smalley was a separate deal) to the Yankees for Larry Milbourne and possibly Filson and some others. I remember Milbourne playing part of the season before they moved him. So much of my memory is through baseball cards, but in this instance, Milbourne never was pictured in a Twins uniform in any card issue I have seen. Ever tried unsuccessfully to convince someone that Reggie was an Oriole once upon a time? -
