  1. They're going to have to trade up to get Honey Badger in the 2nd. Someone is going to take a flier on the guy. I'd love that scenario by all means. I'm fairly certain though, if Manti is available, they're going to take him. Its just fate.
  2. I don't remember the last player in the MLB draft to get a major league contract, but that would be an option right? I would think that would probably help with some bonus problems maybe?

    Music

Little something for everyone for some lesserish known bands/artists: (outside of Aldean) Black Keys - I Got Mine I Got Mine - The Black Keys - YouTube Dr. John - Revolution Gary Clark Jr. - Bright Lights Knife Party - Bonfire Matt & Kim - Lets Go Jason Aldean - Dirt Road Anthem Childish Gambino - Freaks & Geeks Childish Gambino - Freaks And Geeks (Official Music Video) - YouTube Atmosphere - Puppets ZZ Ward - Put The Gun Down I've listened to so much rap lately, just because of the sad state of rock bands on the radio currently. It's tough to think of any rock bands outside of the Dave Grohl led bands, The Black Keys, Muse, Pearl Jam, and Tool that are consistantly making good rock music. Wolfmother maybe? RHCP's last album was pretty much a death wish. They used to be great. I love Jack White's bands, but realize he is pretty niche and not really for everyone. I guess I'm just try to say, the Shinedown, Chevelle, and Nickelback sound is getting overbearing. Please no more Shinedown. It's awful.
  4. I predict incest and spousal abuse. Lots and lots of spousal abuse.
  5. Microsoft's Remote Web Connection doesn't work with Chrome or Firefox, or Mac users for that matter. I use that program for a lot of things.
  6. I think Meadows and JP Crawford are going to be the consensus 1&2 draft day.

    House of Cards

It's somewhat predictable, but you get completely sucked in because of the believability factor. Some of it seems outlandish, but just realistic enough to question if this type of stuff is happening everyday in DC. Kevin Spacey gives Bryan Cranston a run for best TV actor. The show is absolutely top notch produced. And yeah, Kate Mara is dead sexy. Robin Wright has something about her too?? That feels gross typing that.
  8. Which one and why?
  9. Watch the pilot, try to not keep going.
  10. Webb > Tebow
  11. I own/rent a loft in the Sexton building on 7th and Portland. Called the tenants, they are with water. They did say it was an absolute gong show down there.
  12. I believe Tarantino was supposed to be Australian. I think they even mentioned it.
  13. You mean, Christian Ponder has been Tebow-like?
  14. If they can get past Green Bay in Green Bay, sure. Winfield needs to play though. The Vikings are 9 point underdogs currently.
  15. See it. 2 hours and 45 minutes have never went by so fast in a movie. Thought it was awesome. Not a fan of Tarantino's movies either.
  16. Oh god, can we just stick with Ponder if that's the case?
  17. If you had to guess, how much does Christian Ponder have to do with his high ankle sprain? Now, I realize KFAN is junk a lot of times, but I think Paul Allen knows football pretty well and the guys he has on his show know the locker room pretty well. When this entire situation was going on Ben Leber was on his show, and was talking about how Percy is one of the toughest players in the NFL. They didn't go into his demeanor much, but Leber had said that Percy is the type of person that wouldn't sit out because of money. Leber did say he was a different breed though. I doubt they trade Percy for anything but a 1st. They can go Carson Palmer on Percy, and that is the last thing Harvin and his agent would ever want going into the prime of his career.
  18. He missed 3 prior to this year. 2 His rookie year, and 1 the following year. Played every game last year. Is that injury prone? Countless practices? I'm not sure if I really care or not? Seems like AP usually practices once a week because of various strains and what not during the season? I dunno.
  19. Is he injury prone? How many games has he missed because of injury prior to this "injury?" I'm pretty sure it is either 1 or 0. He's not a true #1 wide receiver? The guy was the leading the league in yards and receptions for almost the first half of the year. He isn't your protypical #1, but he's a legit #1. Not to mention he is the best kick returner in the NFL. Did Percy clash with Childress? I don't remember that. Does that even matter if he did? Did anyone like Childress???? Anyways, a lot of players clash with their coaches. In my opinion, this is the only one that will affect his trade value. If anything else goes sour publicly, his value will be tarnished considerably.
  20. Realistically, what is Percy's trade value? What is people's infatuation with backup QB's that can't beat out the awful counterparts - outside of Russel Wilson...? Alex Smith, Tim Tebow, and Matt Flynn will all probably be cut at the end of the year. I don't anyone outside of the people in the Viking's locker can say for sure, but has Percy really been a Randy Moss like distraction? Analysts were calling this guy the most gifted offensive talent before his injury. Do you really give him up for a 2nd round pick or Alex Smith when you have all the cards? I can't imagine the Vikings settling for anything less than a mid first round pick, and even then, I don't think they'd do that. Paul Allen and Paul Charchian were talking about this a couple weeks ago on PA's show. They were pretty up in arms about it.
  21. Why would you say this?
  22. Personally I'd look at it this way: Jim Brown played 9 seasons. The Cleveland Browns completed 1531 passes. Jim Brown caught 262 of those. That's roughly 20%. In the 50's/60's............ Goto pro football reference and check out what Jim Brown did in comparison to other running backs of his era. It's a bad comparison to even try to make from the beginning. I know Peyton fumbled a lot in his career. Did I even bring him up? I brought up LT, Faulk, Sanders, and Allen. Walter and Bo were awesome in Tecmo Bowl though. Sanders is a decent argument as far as the complete incapability of throwing a block, but Barry was more of a duel threat than AP ever has been. Barry being much more elusive, and Peterson being much more powerful, AP is going down a similar career path statistically.
  23. If you say so.
