    l still make long distance phone calls from my landline. You get 2 or 3 hours a month with your regular bill. Regardless of everything, the sound quality on my landline is far superior to ANYTHING I've ever heard on a cell. Plus less chance of interception. I'm a dinosaur.

    I'm a musical fan so: I got to Kansas City on a Friday, By Saturday I learned a thing or two. For up to then I didn't have an idee of what the modern world was coming to. (And even though this was set about 100 years ago and he was astounded by the gas buggies, Bell Telephone and walking to privies in the rain without ever wetting your feet, I bet this country girl could learn more than a thing or two about the modern world even now!)
