  4. That's one more than the total you get by adding his Fangraphs ZiPs, Steamer, and Depth Chart HR projections together. Let the Festive Dance of the Position Change Power Renaissance begin (a little behind schedule)!
  5. Not sure about a missed hit and run, but I'm starting to think that Dozier's legs are factory refurbs that had 30,000 miles on them when they were installed. Upper body is 29, legs are 31.
  6. Attitudes aside, you're heavily overestimating the amount of potential energy contained in this forum. http://muchmorethanmommy.files.wordpress.com/2009/02/gloom.jpg
  7. I had syria but a corpsman gave me some ointment that cleared it right up.
  8. Unless you're in the Hamptons or Beverly HIlls, in which case you probably have one right there in your neighborhood who can take care of it for you.

  10. And out of the time capsule from 2011 2012 2013 2014 2015 2016 popped a singing, dancing frog, along with a Twins fan's fervent hopes for a competitive pitching staff next year.
  11. Chicks dig rockers. http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-P848yWXqq0g/UPa7ASU3beI/AAAAAAAAAn0/kTWruLT2bdA/s200/money4prb.jpg Edit: Forgot Eddie is a fellow sax man, plus it was mean to use such a bad picture, so here's a better one. http://theconcertdatabase.com/sites/theconcertdatabase.com/files/eddie%20m.jpg
  12. He's got... two tickets to Triple A. Pack his bags and leave today.
  13. He wasn't my first choice for mascot plagiarism. Didn't the Chargers briefly have some lightning bolt cartoon guy years ago who made it look like electricity could be used as a substitute for recreational drugs?
  14. 'He's Chaaaargie, the crackly, erratically, fantastically pitching pitchie man!'
  15. Three way tedium tie: Watching Gibson contend for the 2016 Steve Trachsel Award, third string Vikings defensive backs doing their best Top Gun Hollywood's "Where'd whoooo go" impression, and Olympic rhythmic gymnasts singlehandedly raise the question of whether once every four years is too often.
  16. Yes, but he makes up for it by being so slow and boring to watch that the batter is too lethargic to take advantage of it.
  17. Most people have probably made up their minds about bringing back Molitor and/or Antony, but my guess is that we could remove all doubt by asking them to explain what it is that they hope to accomplish by starting Trevor Plouffe at third base. Edit: Ash helpfully pointed out that Sano's throwing elbow is under the weather, so I guess I'll wait until he's 100% before sharpening the pitchfork and fueling up the torch.
  18. Bert getting on Gibson for Plouffe's unearnie because he didn't "pick up his teammate" after the error. We're glad Pluffie is back because of his glove, right?
  19. My fault for not keeping up with the exploits of Mr. Rodriguez. Just when you think there's nothing more he could possibly do to convince you that being a wealthy professional athlete could actually be a bad thing...
  20. Yeah, that's... kind of hard to even picture. Struggling to make routine plays in his own zone, plus deliberately knocking down the center fielder when he camps under the ball, maybe?
  21. Unicorns are pretty rare to begin with. Finding one that would go along with that could be reeeeally tough.
  22. Almost all of Thome's best seasons were after the late 90's Roid-o-Rama era was over. And Thome's increase in power profiles like a gradually maturing lefty slugger, not a 30/30 guy who suddenly sports a Russian power lifter upper body and a 60 HR season out of nowhere.
  23. You read my mind. While I was typing that I was picturing Sano and Mojo sitting on the couch watching TV and eating Cheetos.
  24. When your team loses 90 games or more for the better part of a decade, you give the fans the right to suggest literally anything to help turn the franchise around, up to and including petitioning MLB to allow Sano the use of a service monkey to assist him in fielding at third base. That being said, signing Rodriguez now would make less sense than the flyer the Twins took on Kendry Morales in 2014, if Morales had also turned out to secretly be Emperor Palpatine.
