    Why bring up Gallo..2023 was ghastly and as frustrated as a fan experience as I've ever had.. been following close since '84. Gallos hot start gave me hope, which was dashed upon the rocks over and over again with men on base, only to see him keep his OPS up via a solo shot when we were up 6-2 against the back of the bullpen..let's just say numbers can be decieving.

    Exactly right...I'm surprised you didn't mention the 87 and 91 twins seasons in this analysis...in 91 a 10 game winning streak was followed shortly after with an 8 + game loosing one.. .baseball is a funny game...I'm pinning my hopes on our O. Go Twins!!!

    Um..Hildy has been sent to Rochester..the boys are 25-0 when leading in 8th..that is not a stat that trends with a weak pen. Harper, Morin, May, Parker, Rodgers, and Duffey are fine..no we do the Minor league shuffle for last spot..25-12 gents..not much to bitch about...and oh yeah, Buck is closing on .280, leading the league in doubles..and nothing hits the ground in the outfield but rain!! Go Teins!

    Pineda is rather dreadful to watch..nibble nibble boom..he may have taken too many notes duribg Gibson's first few starts...that 8th we could have walked in two runs..stay aggresive boys, and let's get it tommorow in Toronto..4-3 not a bad week!
