    I would actually rather see Berrios start in the one game WC. Santana has been good, but he has an 0-4 record there, and a rather high ERA. Remember, on July 19th, Berrios limited the Yankees to one run and four hits, and got a win. Santana hates Yankee stadium, and once a couple of home runs get launched against him, it will be in his head. I'd rather roll the dice with Berrios and his potential.

    Agree, and there's no point thinking about the Indians until then.

    You start Colon versus Kluber, because we have no chance in that game anyway. Just throw him out there and watch the ball fly out of the park. Then go Gibson, Santana, Berrios and Gibson if necessary.

    Meh, it still reminds me of the Calvin days, i.e., let's not spend any money even when we might have a chance to make the playoffs. Bottom line is it has been fun to watch the Twins mediocre play hold off the equally mediocre Angels. Here's to the Twins sneaking into the wildcard and providing some Don Quixote-like playoff excitement. It's better than watching the Vikings.
