We'll be watching at one of the most historic bars in Minneapolis. Gottlieb Gluek founded the Mississippi Brewery in 1857 and later changed the name to Gluek Brewing Company. The Gluek building was constructed in 1902, and after surviving Prohibition and some renovations, a fire gutted the interior in 1989, but they rebuilt the Bavarian beer hall. Gluek’s is still a popular spot for drinks and has become known for good food, blending old charm with new vibes in the Warehouse District. They clearly value their community as much as Twins Daily values ours.
