Squirrel Community Moderator Posted September 22, 2013 Posted September 22, 2013 At this point ... getting the 3 Gardy needs looks damn near impossible.
snepp Verified Member Posted September 22, 2013 Posted September 22, 2013 Admit it...you cried. I've never watched it, the Interwebs spoiled the ending for me.
James Verified Member Posted September 22, 2013 Posted September 22, 2013 Dozier seems to believe this game is not done.
James Verified Member Posted September 22, 2013 Posted September 22, 2013 And Arcia seems to have forgotten that he needs to stay on the base.
Squirrel Community Moderator Posted September 22, 2013 Posted September 22, 2013 Oy ... what's really embarrassing is when the announcers for the other team call your team's bad base running as embarrassing.
Squirrel Community Moderator Posted September 22, 2013 Posted September 22, 2013 Ugh ... sigh ... waaa ... hate watching other teams celebrate. Edit: And no, that 'waaa' wasn't crying, just one big huge pout.
ashbury Verified Member Posted September 22, 2013 Posted September 22, 2013 Ugh ... sigh ... waaa ... hate watching other teams celebrate. I dunno. A's go on the road for their next game. Kind of being a spoilsport to deny their fans the chance to enjoy. Witness the tomfoolery when the Dodgers clinched on the road and the hosts got pissy about letting them celebrate on the field.

Edit: And no, that 'waaa' wasn't crying, just one big huge pout. Could be a really bad week for you. Congrats to the A's. As for the Twins, my new policy goes back to the old adage, if you can't say anything good .... (although despite his baserunning, Arcia did get me a boatload of points in "pick the stick" today).
