SouthernMiss twins fan

I'm so fired up for Doz! Shoulda been all-star but this is going to be fun watching him crank them out. Have we ever had a middle infielder in the home run derby ?

Thanks glunn , it's a great place . I hope to get up to the twin cities and take in a game before the seasons up. We have a lot of minor league teams close by but unfortunately our twins don't play them ever. Would love to see our future in action too

Hi, everybody just signed up here the other day and love it. I grew up a braves fan and I must say I've been extremely impressed by the knowledge and passion of the game twins fans have. Been following the twins since Doz was drafted a few years ago and now I'm a diehard . A lot of twins and Viking fans down here in south Ms. This site is awesome! Love all the minor league reports on here. I think the future is bright and our farm system is loaded. Really hope we can get hot after the break once Mauer is back and make a run at this thing. Anyways look forward to talking twins bball with everybody.

Thanks longdistance! Me too and as much as I love my boy Doz, no matter what happens I'm a twins fan 4 life.

From same college as Doz but I'm older. We played golf together when he was in school here . He such a like able guy I've been following him and rooting for him ever since. So now I'm a huge twins fan. Love the fan base . First my boy Farve was a Viking now doz a twin. You see a lot of people down here rocking Minnesota stuff. Anyways I probably sound like a homer but I truly feel Doz is going to be a star and twins are building into a contender next cpl years.

I think it's awesome he's in hr derby and we'll deserving. As far as contracts go and not extending him. That's crazy! Who would u rather have at 2b? Leading league in runs, solid on base, on pace for 30-30 all while playing great D. Sure he's slowed a little but 162 game season has peaks and valleys for every player. I for one am glad we have him and hope he's stays in a twins uniform his whole career

We'll deserving! It'll be first hr derby I've watched since the 90's.
