    He just got back from a biz trip. I'll see when he wants to brew again. It's really crazy. We brew in his driveway, and everyone walking by, stops and stays. It evolves into a party every time.

    If you guys want to come over next time we brew, I know it would be enlightening, and a sh*t -ton of fun. I usually have the smoker loaded as well.

    My best friend in the world was an Anheuser Busch exec, and an avid home brewer. His gear and knowledge is amazing. He is ratcheting up the pressure to find a location. The only thing that is bugging me is that I will definitely need another knee replacement in the next year or two. I lost a hundred pounds last year, so I don't have much pain anymore, but I know that, if I do this, it's going to painful, but probably worth it.

    I'm in the process of coming up with the concept. It will more than likely be determined by the space. It will definitely have a brewing operation in conjunction with a restaurant/bar featuring a continuously evolving menu.

    I hear ya. I'm really torn. I haven't worked in 5 years. I'm really getting the itch to open a new place. The time is right with the new stadium in St Paul.
