Now, it's not quite clear with the additions of Orlando Arcia and Gio Urshela on minor league deals, both of whom will likely be platooning the left side of the Saints' infield to start 2026. Kaelen Culpepper is more than likely to start his 2026 season at Triple-A St. Paul. It does call into question what veteran Orlando Arcia's role will be with the team, but having a veteran shortstop like Arcia alongside Culpepper starting the year at Triple-A could prove to be to his benefit.
