    I very much enjoyed listening to Plouffe's comments on the Twins Skor North podcast yesterday. It was very insightful. To me, there is room to trade a reliever within the next week. Castro and Bader could help a contenting team. If you have not glanced at the August schedule, do it. The team has several contending teams to play that month. They need to finish this month strong.

    Honestly, you may be correct. Although, I would rather have Smith.

    As much as I like Duran, Varland is a replacement. The Twins need a catcher which could be Rushing. It would also help to get a potential starting pitcher, since Paddack will depart. If Ober continues to sink or another person is hurt....there are few options in AAA.
