  1. I wasn't quite sure where this thread should go, so I figured it would fit here. I grew up a Twins fan living in Virginia. My dad had 87 and 91 homer hankies framed hung up in the house. I don't totally know the rules around them though. Are they generally created for every division championship? Will there be one for this year most likely? If so, how does a Virginian get their hands on a few of them? Where are they sold?
  2. It would be great if you guys put up an event invitation on G+ also for this. The Twins Daily account has never posted anything publicly over there. This might be a great first thing to share!
  3. Any news on RSS stuff? Or do so few people subscribe to the feed that it isn't a priority? I'd understand that, not being snarky.
  4. Here is an example of what I am talking about with yesterday's article Mauer and the Monster. Between the title and the G+ icon, there should be a snippet of the article.
  5. I use RSS to watch the articles section of Twins Daily using this RSS feed: Twins Daily. One thing that I often find myself doing when reading the articles is looking for the author. Unlike most of my things I follow using RSS, Twins Daily is rather editorial, so when an author uses first person (I, my) I often glance up at the title to figure out who is talking. This doesn't appear. I was hoping this might be an option that could be added. Sometimes the articles do not show up correctly in Feedly and they didn't in Google Reader before its untimely death. An example would be the article titled "Arcia Powers up Offense" from 3 days ago. When I click on it in Feedly to read the blurb it doesn't show a blurb. Thanks for everything, I love the site!
  6. Nice write up. This Win Probability stat is kind of new to me but very interesting. I might keep an eye on the fangraphs page for a game or two for some extra info.
  7. On both Hicks and now Escobar those have looked almost like a pitch out. Both have been pretty high and outside.
  8. Thanks for the tip on birth date. That makes a lot of sense. Hopefully they can stumble into some luck here in Richmond.
  9. Hey guys, this is my first post although I have been lurking a bit on the forums recently. I am a Twins fan that lives in Richmond VA and I have the opportunity to see the New Briton Rock Cats play the Richmond Flying Squirrels for a 4 game series this weekend. I wanted to ask what players I should watch out for? I know there are some good outfielders, but are there any prospects that have a really high upside or really high chance of making it to the majors? Are there any pitchers worth trying to make it out to see?
