  2. "The Runt" for Revere "The Magic Dragon" for Plouffe "The Sonic Boom" for Sano
  3. MLB changed what they reported earlier. Jones signed for $356,700 instead of $250,00. So, he signed at slot.
  4. Maybe if the Twins can get enough of their earlier choices to sign under slot enough will be accumulated to sign the likes of Tim Robinson and James Marvel.
  5. Zach Jones signs for $250,000
  6. Bo Altobelli has been signed.
  7. Dalton Hicks signed according to MLB.
  8. At #2 I see us taking either Buxton or Correa, Mitch Brown at 32 and J.O. Berrios at 42 on Monday night.
  9. I am a big Zunino fan, but I have changed my mind about who I think the Twins should draft. The best position player is Correa. He is big and rangy and can possibly stay in the infield plus he is perhaps the best hitter as well, so I would draft him. The top 20 pitchers are all about the same without a clear #1 starter potential so I can get that guy withnthe 32nd pick. I go with Correa.
  10. I would not take a pitcher necessarily at the No. 2 overall pick unless he is a can't miss. There are, however, no can't miss pitchers in this draft. Appell and Zimmer are good pitchers, but not my choice. I like Zunino because Mauer will not catch forever. I would not take Buxton either because we have enough outfielders in our system. It is difficult to take a pitcher with your first pick. Gibson and Wimmers are good examples of that.
