Corner Lot... Not Small... Not Huge... How long can they run on a charge? How long does it take to charge?

 

I had the same situation a year and a half ago. Same size lot. Takes me about 45 minutes to cut. The guy at Lowes told me not to bother with electric, if the grass gets too high they can't do the job. Plus you aren't saving anything, I'm still using the one gallon I bought last year, and we cut pretty much year round.

It might be worth it to pay for a year of consumerreports.com to get the reviews/ratings for stuff like this. I let mine lapse because we have not bought anything for a while, but it was useful when I needed it.

I agree that electric mower is probably underpowered if your lawn is more than 300 square feet or so.

my wife and I may be in the market for something here soon, she is in sales and puts on a lot of miles, and may be changing employers. New gig would give her a car allowance, not a company car like she has now.....I really like the way the darts look.
