one_eyed_jack Verified Member Posted September 25, 2012 Posted September 25, 2012 Swisher needs to be hit upside the head for standing there and griping about a called third strike that was clearly in the strike zone after some of the pitches that Pettite has been given.
Brock Beauchamp Site Manager Posted September 25, 2012 Author Posted September 25, 2012 I feel like I've watched this game before.
snepp Verified Member Posted September 25, 2012 Posted September 25, 2012 I feel like I've watched this game before. Only about 50 times over the last decade.
one_eyed_jack Verified Member Posted September 25, 2012 Posted September 25, 2012 This sucks. I wasn't expecting much, but a good showing against the Yankees would have at least helped end this festering turd of a season on a bit of a high note. And now Dunn homers with 2 gone in the 8th to put the Whities up by 2. Thanks, Cleveland.
deanlambrecht Verified Member Posted September 25, 2012 Posted September 25, 2012 At least we made it somewhat more respectable in the bottom of the 9th. Parm with a helluva shot there.

70charger Verified Member Posted September 25, 2012 Posted September 25, 2012 Amidst all the confusion (ha ha, suck it Packers!) Sports Illustrated apparently figured that the Twins lost twice today. Forgive me if I'm wrong, but the doubleheader was yesterday. Right?
70charger Verified Member Posted September 25, 2012 Posted September 25, 2012 Btw, if you click the first link, it goes to Indians - White Sox. Apparently, we're interchangeable now...
